Banned from the Internet?

Daily MailA housewife has been banned from using the internet after sending a nude photo of herself to a 16-year-old boy. Lori David, 38, was also told she cannot send text messages to anyone except family members after admitting ‘sexting’ her teen victim. A judge in Texas decided on the web and text ban rather than send the mother to prison for solicitation of a minor. David had pleaded guilty to sending nude photos of herself to a classmate of her 16-year-old son she had met while volunteering at their high school school in Katy, Texas. One photo showed her topless while in another she kneeled naked on a bed in what was described in court as a ‘lewd’ position. Court documents revealed that David also knew the boy because she was a ‘jogging buddy’ of his mum. She had faced up to ten years in jail but the judge sentenced her to five years probation with a stipulation that her internet access be restricted to work use. David was also told she cannot send any text messages except to immediate family members and is not allowed to have any children at her home unless they are family.

Good one, Judge! Banning someone from the internet. Good stuff. That game me a chuckle. Banning someone from using the internet for sexual purposes is like trying to ban someone from using a toilet to take a shit. Its literally the reason why it exists. Its just why you use it. Its what its there for. You wanna know the very first thing I ever did on the internet? I looked up the lyrics to “Tha Crossroads” by Bone Thugs N Harmony. But the second thing was search for like “Pictures of boobs” and from there on out the internet has been nothing but a cyberspace machine of sex and perversion. I don’t know what this judge expects. I don’t know how this can even be enforced. But all I know is if I was staring down the barrel of a lifetime ban of the internet and texting or 10 years in prison then lock me the fuck up. A life of no internet porn and no sexting is basically a jail cell as it is.
